The Pluto return, he explained, occurring roughly every 248 years, marks the end of one historical era and the beginning of another. Pluto's transit into Aquarius signals a period of potential constitutional and societal transformation, with Hogue referencing a 1970s prediction by psychic Irene Hughes that America's constitution would be renewed or revamped by 2026.
He also analyzed the astrological influences on President Trump, noting how planetary movements have contributed to his erratic behavior and that significant challenges lie ahead. He described the first incident, which took place in October 2011 while on a cruise near Halifax, Canada, where he witnessed "an elongated capsule... the size of a semi truck with trailer," moving silently at eye level just 150 to 200 feet away. His second encounter, in April 2014, from his Las Vegas home, involved a crimson-colored craft hovering 600 to 800 feet above the city. He captured video footage as the object "stopped at mid flight, started coming back... like it saw me," then resumed its path.
After the 2014 sighting, Barone began documenting UFO activity more rigorously, eventually using night vision equipment and posting videos on his YouTube channel. Through night vision technology, he observed formations of white orbs performing "geometric shapes" and moving in coordinated patterns near Area 51 and Nellis Air Force Base. His channel captures a variety of UFOs, including orbs, triangles, and a rare "shape shifter" object that visibly changed form and emitted a golden, amber sphere within its structure.
