Ron Regehr designed spacecraft components for the Apollo program, and later worked on spy satellites. Derrel Sims was a military policeman and says he worked for the CIA for two years during the Vietnam War as well as possessing a top-secret clearance. They speak about the capabilities and operations of various spy satellites possessed by the US and other countries.

Regehr also elaborates on the process of classified information obtained from devices while Sims discusses CIA policies and operations. Both comment on possible UFOs spotted by satellites, and share insights about Project Blue Book, the Phoenix Lights, and the possibility of structures built on the moon.
