Remote viewing teacher Major Ed Dames shared his predictions and observations, including a claim that an "extraterrestrial agency has been collecting key material from Earth for at least thousands of years," primarily petroleum products, fossil fuels, natural gas, and oil. He suggested that this alien presence, which he linked to an underground operations center on Mars, consisted of "sentient machines" that he regarded as humanity's "progenitors."

Dames also revealed what he described as China's "most secret weapons program": a "bioengineered biological warfare agent" that "attacks only wheat." He reiterated his prediction that "the next use of a nuclear weapon in anger would be on the Korean peninsula" and revisited his dire forecast of a solar "kill shot," an event he claimed could shift Earth's axis by as much as 17 degrees and cause significant loss of life.

In the first hour, author and radio expert Harry Helms discussed his book Inside the Shadow Government, which explores contingency plans the U.S. government has developed for catastrophic attacks. Helms also examined the intriguing world of "number stations," radio broadcasts believed to be used by intelligence agencies such as the CIA to communicate with operatives through an "almost unbreakable" code.
