Angel Vazquez

Biography:

Angel Vazquez was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and grew up in Brooklyn NY from age 2-22 where he attended CUNY Brooklyn campus. He worked as a radio engineer for a year before moving to PR and taking a job at the Arecibo Observatory from 1977 to the present. He has received various Ham radio awards and is currently the Head of Telescope Operations at Arecibo.
