Biography:

Lisa Becker has been targeted with electronic torture and mind control for the past 12 years. She has provided testimony at 2 Presidential Bioethics Commission meetings, appeared on the Conspiracy Theory episode, "Brain Invaders," and helps to organize victims in the Wisconsin area for mutual support and activism purposes, all in an attempt to bring public attention to the greatest crime of our generation.
