Fernand Belzil lives in Wesren Canada in the Province of Alberta. He was born on a cattle ranch 7 miles from St Paul called Belzil Trojan Ranch. He raised purebred Hereford cattle most of his life, won many championships in major shows across Canada and some in the USA. Also he had the privilege of doing some Judging in Western and Eastern Canada cattle shows, fairs and 4H clubs. Fernand has become an expert in cattle mutilations and UFO phenomenon. He is very thoughtful about his investigations and says the evidence points to ET involvement. He also knows a lot about BSE since he is in Western Canada.
