Phil Hudok is a former West Virginia High School physics teacher and photography business owner for more than 40 years. He has a Masters in Educational Computing. Phil was a Constitution Party Candidate for US Senate and Governor in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He won two cases in the West Virginia Supreme Court, one of which was the re-instatement of his teaching position after being fired for refusing to enforce the student wearing of barcoded IDs. He also successfully fought a forced vaccination requirement when his daughter Olivia, the high school valedictorian, refused a newly mandated vaccine booster shot. Phil is one of the founders of the Bill of Peace 2020.
