Chemical weapons historian, Reid Kirby, is an expert regarding Edgewood and the human research program the Army conducted there into mind-altering drugs. He also had a professional and personal relationship with the lead scientist, James Ketchum (Dr. Delirium) and brings a deep perspective of who he was and the reasoning behind the controversial research he conducted.
