Albert Rosales was born in Cuba, where he experienced several strange events, including UFO sightings. After migrating to the U.S. in 1967, he joined the US Navy in 1976 after traveling to Europe, where he began collecting reports on UFOs. In 1984, he joined the Miami Dade Police Department as a 911 dispatcher, where he worked for 35 years, hearing multiple UFO and humanoid reports. In the early 1990’s, he began to concentrate on summarizing humanoid/entity encounters of all kinds. He has now summarized and collected over 24,000 reports. He has written 16 books chronicling entity and humanoid encounters and one book about UFOs and humanoids over Florida.
