Clairvoyance / Chronic Fatigue

About the show

World-renowned medium and clairvoyant Lisa Williams joined host Lisa Garr (email) in the first half of the program to discuss her incredible story to find acceptance from those she cared about and the strangers who came to her for help, as well as her remarkable ability to communicate with those who have passed on to the other side. Williams recalled her abilities starting when she was young, and her mother telling her not to tell anyone about them. It felt weird and wrong at the time, but she was scared about what others would think, she added.

Williams shared her first account of seeing the spirit of little boy at his funeral procession when she was 4-years-old. Spirits appear as their ideal self or how they wish to look, she revealed, noting "how they want to project themselves is what I see." In her 28 years as a medium, Williams said the messages she receives most often from spirits are ones either letting their living loved ones know they are okay and not to worry, or they are sorry for something done in life. These messages help the living move through their grief, she explained. Williams also revealed she has to turn off or push away her abilities in order to have a life and not intrude into other peoples' business.

Millions of people suffer from pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia. According to Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, there is no need to suffer from any of these afflictions. During the latter part of the program, he shared the most up-to-date information and state-of-the-art protocols and treatment plans to combat constant tiredness and lack of energy. According to Teitelbaum, the lack of vitamins and minerals lost through food processing has caused a human energy crisis. "It's the first time in human history people are obese and malnourished at the same time," he said. The energy crisis trips a circuit breaker in the body called the hypothalamus which controls sleep, hormones, temperature, and blood pressure, Teitelbaum explained.

He spoke about the importance of saying 'no' since an overload of other peoples' requests and demands can trip the hypothalamic circuit breaker. Infections can also trip this breaker, he added. Teitelbaum went over his SHINE (Sleep Hormones Infections Nutrition Exercise) protocol, which starts by finding a way to get sleep. He suggested utilizing natural sleep-inducing herbals, essential oils, and melatonin. He also revealed the problem with so-called 'normal' hormonal ranges, pointing out these medically acceptable ranges are not helpful in determining if there is an issue within a specific patient. Many still require thyroid hormone, adrenal support (stress handler), and the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, he noted. Teitelbaum also cautioned against drinking soda and fruit juice, recommending instead that one simply eat fruit.
