In the latter half, author, researcher, and public speaker Constance Victoria Briggs delved into the enigmatic realm of extraterrestrials and their longstanding connection with Earth. Positing that life on our planet was seeded by extraterrestrials who “were traveling the galaxy," she aligns with ideas similar to Zecharia Sitchin’s, proposing that ETs genetically engineered humanity, creating a “slave race,” and that biblical “fallen angels” were likely misunderstood aliens, whose presence was recorded in ancient texts and myths. Most of the ET visitors have been humanoid in appearance, so we were likely created in their image though not identical, she said, adding that some of the visitors may have been gigantic compared to us.
Briggs also introduced the concept of the "cosmic freeway,” describing advanced extraterrestrial travel via regulated portals or stargates, technology that appears as “magic” to primitive observers. She emphasized that “the whole galaxy is regulated by authorities and councils,” indicating a controlled interstellar network. Revealing that she is working on a new book exploring the mysteries beneath the ocean, she suggested "there are some extraterrestrials that have been down there for possibly thousands of years," and speculated about multiple alien groups inhabiting the depths in bases.
Addressing abduction phenomena, she noted conflicting reports but leaned toward the idea that abductions may have ceased, and that the ETs may have gotten everything they needed from us for now.
