Mastering Your Energy / Alien Abductions & Hypnotherapy

About the show

In the first half, transformational leader and channeler of the Quantum Council of Light, Christy Whitman, joined Ryan Wrecker to discuss mastering personal energy to enter a state of flow. She described flow as "the birthplace of all innovation, creativity, inspiration, and love," likening it to the experience of "driving and getting all green lights." While flow exists universally, individuals must consciously choose to align with it, she said, especially when confronted with "contrast"—life's challenges and setbacks that trigger survival responses like fight, flight, or freeze.

Central to this process is cultivating faith rather than succumbing to doubt or worry. Whitman advised moving from a state of lack (often associated with negative thoughts or words) to neutrality, which can offer "the soothing energy of compassion," and serve as a bridge to abundance. On intuition, Whitman highlighted the importance of trusting gut feelings, which she described as "a wisdom portal… guiding you towards something" that's akin to the soul calling out to us. Addressing resilience and healing, she outlined a three-step practice: inviting in a higher energy (soul or divine self), self-soothing through physical touch (such as hugging oneself), and using affirmations like "I'm okay, I'm enough." This process calms the nervous system and opens the mind to new possibilities.

Speaking about her channeling of the "Council of Light," a group of ascended masters who provide spiritual guidance, she said she's been connected with them for 25 years, initially receiving teachings that inspired her books. "They're really teachers of how do we master our energy here, while we're in a physical body," she explained, noting the importance of aligning mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies to live a life of abundance and well-being. During the last hour, she channeled the Council to offer guidance for listeners.

In the latter half, hypnotherapist Yvonne Smith shared insights from her 34 years of experience working with clients who recall alien abduction memories through regression hypnosis. Many clients come to her after years — sometimes decades — of vague recollections and "missing time," where hours are unaccounted for. Smith explained the process of accessing the subconscious mind, which she described as holding 80% of our mind power and protecting individuals by blocking traumatic memories, including abduction experiences. She also recounted her early collaborations with pioneering researchers like Budd Hopkins, Dr. John Mack, and Dr. David Jacobs, which validated many recurring elements in abduction accounts that she was hearing.

Abductions are rarely isolated events, she reported. They often beginning in early childhood and recurring throughout a person's life. Her clients commonly recall being taken from their bedrooms and transported to stark, clinical environments aboard spacecraft. Typical descriptions of the craft include "smooth, almost glass-like floors," and narrow curved hallways, where both human and alien beings may be present.

Regarding the abduction procedures, she detailed, "They're placed on an examination table…very cold, almost like a veterinarian's office… I ask them to use all of their senses... many describe head procedures with needles placed inside the ears, top of the head, back of the head," as well as feeling like they're paralyzed. Addressing skepticism, Smith stated that genuine abduction memories evoke deep emotions and childlike fear, distinguishing them from fabricated or media-influenced accounts. She highlighted the consistency of independent reports worldwide, noting striking similarities despite no contact among individuals. Her organization, Close Encounter Resource Organization (CERO), offers support for abductees coping with trauma and PTSD symptoms.
