Natural Health Remedies / Hypnotic Regressions

About the show

In the first half, pharmacist Ben Fuchs discussed wellness, supplements, and the limits of mainstream medicine in treating chronic degenerative disease. He argued that while conventional medicine focuses on symptom management, it can fail to restore the underlying metabolic disturbances that cause these conditions. Regarding people who use AI to seek advice about their medical ailments, they may find it's also reflecting back to them standard or mainstream medical viewpoints, rather than the root causes of their issues, he stated. Genuine healing, he continued, requires individuals to become their own "health authorities."

Fuchs outlined a systems-based approach to health, identifying three key "leverage points" he calls the "triangle of disease": the digestive system, the metabolic (blood sugar) system, and the adrenal-thyroid complex (stress management system). By targeting these interconnected systems through nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and stress reduction, he asserted that the body can self-heal. Inflammation was also explored and characterized as both a protective mechanism and a root cause of chronic illness when out of balance.

Addressing a caller recovering from uterine cancer, Fuchs offered a holistic approach to post-treatment health: "Cancer is nothing more than cellular duress... from nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, and oxygenation issues." He recommended a nutritional supplement program combined with caloric restriction, exercise to improve blood circulation, proper breathing techniques to increase oxygenation, and mental strategies including visualization and spirituality. According to Fuchs, cancer can best be conceptualized as a cellular phenomenon rather than an organ-specific disease.

In the latter half, Regan Forston, a certified facilitator in life-between-lives regression and past-life therapy, detailed his extensive experience guiding clients through hypnotic journeys to explore the afterlife. Describing his profound experiences during training at the Newton Institute and the Dolores Cannon School of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), he emphasized the emotional intensity that distinguishes genuine regression from imagination. His protocol, which employs a slow, steady induction lasting up to an hour, allows about 90% of participants to access deep states typically unreachable in shorter hypnotic sessions.

Forston said his approach enables clients to experience the afterlife consciously and safely, akin to a near-death experience without the physical injury. He shared compelling insights about the nature of existence, explaining that individuals' true home is the afterlife and "we're just down here visiting," with a single soul life that has multiple incarnations. He also recounted poignant client stories, including a woman who, through regression, uncovered the emotional reasons behind her abandonment as a child and reunited with deceased siblings in the afterlife.

Speaking of the unique brainwave states involved in regressions, he noted how individuals enter a "beta state" in daily life, but through guided relaxation and trance, they reach alpha and theta brainwaves —states conducive to recalling past lives and spiritual experiences. He recalled a session with a medium who quickly accessed a past life as a young girl facing death, illustrating the balance between allowing clients to experience difficult memories and protecting them emotionally. Forston also shared encounters with spirit guides and angels communicating through clients, including one woman who channeled Archangel Michael and Jesus, who urged her to embrace her spiritual mission and improve her health.
