First Half: Ufologist David Rudiak will bring us unique details about what really happened in Roswell, discuss debunkers, and show us how he believes his research confirms the event. Rudiak has been researching the 1947 Roswell Crash for over 30 years, and has also studied other reported UFO crash retrievals, such as in Kecksburg, PA in 1965 and in Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia in 1967.

Second Half: Professor Jim Fleming will talk about the historical attempts to manipulate weather and climate, critically examining the scientific, political, and ethical dimensions of such endeavors. Fleming is a science historian and professor of science technology at Colby College who has written extensively on the history of meteorology and climate change.
