Guest for the entire program, Richard C. Hoagland contended that some elements of the government would be more willing to admit that there were ancient structures on the Moon rather than an alien craft crashed at Roswell in 1947. His reasoning was that the lunar structures would result from a civilization that has been long gone. He went on to discuss orbital photos of Mars and his evidence that they showed ancient structures.

He called for NASA and the military to release clearer pictures in order to confirm the structures. According to Hoagland, in a speech Margaret Thatcher made, she said: "The most significant development in the 21st century will be the discovery of extraterrestrial intelligence." He also discussed what he called "tetrahedral physics" and its basis in ancient science.
