Witnessing the 'Phoenix Lights'

About the show

Phoenix City Councilwoman Frances Barwood joined Art to discuss her investigation into the famous "Phoenix Lights" mass sightings which had occurred around two months earlier on March 13, 1997. She encountered stonewalling by the military and ridicule from the city government and local media. In the second hour, witnesses called in to give their accounts of the Phoenix Lights.

The last three hours were taken up with news and Open Lines, with callers continuing to discuss the Phoenix Lights as well as the issue of women in the military.
