Carter Buschardt, author and researcher of cryptids and more, wrote "Baptized By Abduction," which journals his abduction when he was just 8-9 years old in 1959. He and a friend were taken aboard a spacecraft while riding their bikes in Dallas, TX. These abduction events were ongoing up to possibly as recently as 2021. He has been hypnotically regressed 7 times. Carter has been researching Sasquatch for 15 years. He has led four expeditions for BFRO, three in Missouri and one in Illinois. He has had 100 reports published to the BFRO database, and covered the Midwest states of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma for BFRO.
Carter has interviewed nearly 500 witnesses over this 14-year span, and it was during this span that he began to notice a trend among eyewitnesses. They were reporting quantum/paranormal aspects of these beings that were largely unreported due to fear of ridicule. This flow of information resulted in him writing his four-book series, Sasquatch: Evidence of an Enigma I-II-III-IV. He is currently a contributing writer to Strange Knocks Quarterly magazine, and appears regularly on podcasts from around the world.
