Devlin Rugne

Biography:

Devlin Rugne has over 40 years of UFO research and investigative experience. She became interested in UFOs at an early age and became a Field Investigator with MUFON in 2008. Devlin was hired by MUFON in 2009 for the Star Impact Project which was contracted by Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies. Today she is the Assistant State Director for Northern California MUFON.
