Biography:

Dr. Ingrid Clayton is a clinical psychologist with a Master's in transpersonal psychology and a PhD in clinical psychology. She has studied the relational trauma response known as fawning, a phenomenon where one responds to a threat by ''becoming more appealing to the threat'' and mirrors or merges with someone else's desires or expectations.
