Tina Mattingly and her husband Charlie purchased Waverly Hills Sanatorium in 2001 when it faced being torn down for new construction. Tina has overseen the overwhelming increase in popularity and interest in the building over the years drawing people internationally to experience the historic gothic architecture and paranormal phenomena. After being featured on 40+ national shows and enjoyed for years by paranormal investigators, Waverly now offers historic tours, paranormal tours, public and private investigations as well as special events each year to raise funds to restore the building.
