Chandra Wickramasinghe

Chandra Wickramasinghe, Ph.D., is the director of the Centre for Astrobiology at the University of Buckingham. A professor of applied mathematics and astronomy, he has taught at the University College Cardiff and the University of Cambridge. He is also the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Astrobiology and Outreach and lives in Cardiff, Wales. He is also an award-winning poet and the author or co-author of over 30 books and over 350 scientific papers.
