Dr. David Livingston is a Space Business Consultant, lecturer, and host of "The Space Show." His lectures cover topics such as, space tourism, venture capital financing for new space businesses, barriers to space enterprise, as well as the exporting of business ethics from Earth to commercial space. Livingston will be presenting at the World Space Conference in Houston in October 2002.
