In the first half of the show, prophecy expert and author Grant R. Jeffrey discussed how technology and surveillance are setting the stage for a new reign of tyranny from a hidden global elite that seeks to install a one-world government. Already, a secretive group in Brussels meets behind locked doors and makes decisions for the European Union without democratic input or challenges, he said. The Copenhagen Climate Control Treaty being finalized this week is another move toward world control that will enforce crippling constraints on nations, he continued.
Project Echelon, RFID chips, and video cameras are all being used to increasingly track citizens, and erode their privacy, Jeffrey detailed. He also talked about biblical prophecy, and how the Bible warns of a global government in the last days. The Antichrist, whom he believes is alive now, will arise out of the Mediterranean or Europe, and strike a 7-year treaty with Israel. Then, he'll get assassinated, rise from the dead, and demand that people worship him, Jeffrey outlined.
Third hour guest, author Gilbert Eriksen talked about scientific evidence for Planet X's return. On an approximately 3,600-year elliptical orbit, he argued that the alleged rogue body is not actually a planet but rather a chunk of the sun that broke off during the formation of our solar system. He suggested that NASA is covering up Planet X or Wormwood's existence, and has been tracking it as far back as 1982.
Making a surprise visit in the final hour, author and storyteller Lionel Fanthorpe shared Christmas-themed tales such as 'The Other Wise Man,' a story by Henry Van Dyke, about a fourth Wise Man who attempted to get to Bethlehem, and how tinsel came to be associated with Christmas.
One day after the Norway Spiral Light, which was attributed to the testing of a Russian rocket, another light was seen in the sky, this time over Russia. Phil Plait reports in his blog that the second light was caused by the testing of a Bulava missile. More, including video, here.
