Gravity & Health / Nature of Angels

About the show

In the first half, Dr. Brennan Spiegel, a physician and researcher at Cedars Sinai, discussed his unique exploration of gravity's impact on human health, which he elaborates on in his book, "Pull." A gastroenterologist, Dr. Spiegel's interest in gravity was sparked by observing his mother-in-law's gut and mood issues after becoming bed-bound. He noted, "We're not designed to lie flat all day. We're meant to stand up and move," highlighting the evolutionary connection between our bodies and gravity, and an approach he has dubbed "bio-gravitational medicine."

Dr. Spiegel explained that gravity affects not only our physical health but also our mental well-being. He posited that "the brain manages gravity," and that our emotional states can be linked to our relationship with gravitational forces in a kind of "mental gravity." When people are depressed, they can feel like gravity's pull is so strong that it's difficult to get out of bed, he pointed out. Spiegel advocates for improving our relationship with gravity through physical strength and awareness, such as by building up abdominal and back strength.

As part of his training, he wears weights, like a weighted vest, while at work. This technique, he argues, helps improve strength and flexibility and is associated with weight loss. He also spoke about the potential for virtual reality to help manage anxiety and depression. VR programs that simulate death or out-of-body experiences can give people a sense of freedom, "breaking the bonds of gravity," and improve mental health, Spiegel reported.

In the latter half, healer and channeling medium Christopher Macklin shared profound insights about angels and their roles in our lives. Macklin, who claims to have the ability to perceive energy and spiritual entities, said, "An angel is basically a divine messenger, an intermediate between the God realm." Guardian angels are here to help people through difficult times, he continued, sharing a personal story of how a guardian angel guided him to change a flight ticket, ultimately saving his life.

He described angelic beings as embodying unconditional love, free from judgment, and often working in teams. Macklin also touched on the concept of Starseeds, individuals who have volunteered to come to Earth to evolve and assist humanity, as well as Arcturians and other extraterrestrial entities who are angelic in nature. He believes in the power of energy healing, especially in addressing medical issues such as cancer and digestive problems, which he thinks may be triggered by vibrational energies and solar storms, as well as modern technology, particularly 5G, which he asserts can disrupt human energy and health.

Macklin recounted a harrowing health crisis where he faced a life-threatening heart condition. "I was talking about the Vatican and the satanic stuff... and they hit us with a low-frequency energy weapon," he detailed, suggesting that this led to the melting of his heart valve. "They were there 100% of the time," he said, referring to the spiritual/angelic support he received during his surgery and recovery.
