According to Lafferty, fresh ginger "kills cancer cells five different ways," reduces inflammation, and aids digestion, while bromelain from pineapple cores has been used medicinally since the 1970s to reduce inflammation and break down blood clots. His guide warned that to sustain his work helping others access the afterlife, he must practice four key habits: declare oneself a vehicle for good each morning, perform random acts of kindness, spend more time in nature, and learn grounding techniques from fellow therapists. Elaborating on his hypnosis technique, he induces a relaxed state "right on the verge of falling asleep," enabling clients to access past-life memories with a high success rate in the first session. The process often culminates with clients witnessing their own death and funeral, then meeting guides or angels in the afterlife.
Forston recounted striking sessions where clients accessed memories of non-human past lives, including alien beings from distant planets. One individual described seeing themselves as a cloned alien grey, living under glass domes on a foreign world. These experiences suggest a broader cosmic connection beyond Earth-bound reincarnation. The guest also discussed afterlife communication with animal souls and renowned figures such as Edgar Cayce, Nikola Tesla, Jesus, and Buddha (who appeared as a ball of purple energy).
