Guest host Rich Berra (email) welcomed psychic medium Angel Morgan, who talked about her spiritual awakening, animal communication, and animals' ability to sense unseen energies and spirits. Morgan described herself as initially skeptical of psychic phenomena despite unusual experiences beginning in childhood. Around age six or seven, she said she saw her great-aunt at the time of the woman's death, but her mother discouraged her from discussing it. Morgan continued to experience unexplained feelings and intuitions as she grew older, including what she described as having a vision in which she saw her uncle's spirit rise at approximately the time he died. After these experiences subsided for about two years, she became interested in her Maltese heritage, spirituality, and metaphysical traditions. A pivotal trip to Guatemala further changed her perspective when a medicine man there told her she would communicate with animals and make a difference in the world. After returning home, she took an animal communication course intending to disprove it but instead became convinced of its validity and eventually began working professionally as a reader and communicator.

Morgan said animals are highly sensitive to emotional and spiritual information and may perceive presences or energies that humans do not. She believes domesticated animals communicate in different ways, including mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and can absorb aspects of their owners' personalities, fears, and emotions. She encouraged people to pay close attention to unusual animal behavior, particularly growling or staring at seemingly empty spaces, and suggested communicating with pets through short verbal cues, visualization, and emotional connection. Morgan also recommended maintaining what she considers healthy energy in the home and staying connected with pets while traveling, including through video calls or what she described as internal, intuitive communication.

During the latter half of the program, oceanographer Dr. Simon Boxall discussed ocean exploration and scientific explanations for historical and modern ocean mysteries. Boxall said humanity still knows surprisingly little about the oceans despite their covering roughly 73% of the planet. He described exploration of the deepest ocean trenches, the use of remotely operated vehicles and satellite technology to study ocean circulation, and the discovery of complex ecosystems surrounding deep-sea hydrothermal vents. Boxall commented on climate change, pointing to ocean warming as important evidence because the oceans absorb and retain enormous amounts of heat. He said warming waters are already altering marine ecosystems, including shifts in fish and octopus populations and repeated coral bleaching, while emphasizing that the oceans are vital to everyone because they produce more than half of the oxygen people breathe, supply food, and redistribute heat around the planet.

Boxall examined famous historical and maritime mysteries through scientific explanations. He said there is no evidence for a worldwide ancient flood. Still, he described evidence that the Black Sea experienced a dramatic flooding event that may have contributed to later flood traditions. He suggested that tides could provide a natural explanation for the biblical account of the parting of the Red Sea. Turning to the Bermuda Triangle, Boxall rejected supernatural explanations and discussed theories involving rogue waves and seabed gas releases before arguing that the area's reputation is better explained by the large concentration of recreational vessels there combined with accidents involving inexperienced or poorly trained boaters.
