Ghost-to-Ghost Special Edition

About the show

In this special edition of Ghost-to-Ghost, listeners wrote and called in with their best ghost stories. The first caller described years of hauntings in his home until he learned that 30-40 years before, there had been a fatal accident in the street in front of the home. Another caller said a haunting in his building stopped when an artist painted the ghost's portrait. Later, Art read a story about a pet dog who had appeared in ghostly form to his owners just as he was dying from a bear attack. One caller described a military facility where he saw a man that appeared to be an Eskimo who was fishing. He "looked past" the witness when he tried to get his attention. He also said he observed a UFO at the same time.

Another caller described the ghost of his mother-in-law insisting that she was murdered, even though the cause of death was ruled a suicide. A listener claimed a giant thing that looked like "King Kong's hand," chased him out of a room when he was a child. A woman said she and a group who had stayed in the same building overnight all had the same dream of "faces coming towards [us] asking for help." She later found out there were ancient Native American ceremonial and burial grounds nearby.

One caller described strange noises in a house that ended when certain potentially scandalous photos were removed from the attic. A woman recalled an "Amityville"-type haunting in a home where she had moved, with unexplained flooding, "black stuff" coming out of a toilet, and a "woman in a black dress" sitting on a bed. In the first segment, Peter Davenport from the National UFO Reporting Center brought two witnesses on to describe a spectacular UFO sighting from Utah.
