This all-Open-Lines show starts with a report of a reckless Southern California car chase and a beating of illegal immigrants by California police, which callers react to with a variety of opinions. A nurse calls in about her experience with doctors making unilateral decisions to let people die. Callers then discuss Dr. Kervorkian and physician assisted suicide, and Art asks for a caller debate on the subject.

Later, callers express support for certain militia and other "patriot" groups, to which Art replies, "they talk a lot about freedom and a lot about patriotism, and not very much about responsibility." Another caller declares that all technology is satanic.
