Dr. Steven Greer joined Art to talk about ET disclosure for the first two hours. Dr. Greer had just returned from the Disclosure Project Press Conference from the National Press Club in Washington, DC. He mentioned that the BBC was covering the conference but that the US media often ignores this type of information. He discussed a government meeting with Ronald Reagan’s science team about an alleged UFO. The CIA, according to Greer, told the attendees that "this meeting never took place."

He also recalled how many presidents and high-level government officials are often denied information on ETs and UFOs because many of them, due to their profile, would not be able to keep the secret. In the second hour of the show, Art brings on a congressional staffer, who pleads with the listeners to write to Congress for open and honest hearings on ET disclosure.
