Biography:

Steve Elwart is the Executive Analyst for the Koinonia Institute and is also a regular contributor to World Net Daily. He is an engineer who has spent 40 years in the energy field. Steve also holds a PhD in Communications. Steve has authored over 50 papers in the energy field and is a frequent speaker at conferences, universities and national laboratories across North America.
