Scott Hallock and Kevin Healey are producers who bring a unique perspective to the world of alternative programming. Partners since 1996, they established their own production company, Hallock Healey Entertainment in 1999 which is emerging as "the leading alternative" in reality programming. Hallock & Healy have been responsible for such shows as The SCI FI Channel's hidden camera series Scare Tactics , (which set ratings records), NBC's 25 Million Dollar Hoax, FOX's World's Dumbest Drivers and Nickelodeon's critically-acclaimed animation series "CatDog". Kevin Healy hails from the sleepy backwater town of Boston.
