Ruben Uriarte has been a member of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) for over 20 years and is currently state director for Northern California. He was formerly a state coordinator for Crop Circle Phenomena Research International and research director for Beyond Boundaries, a UFO tour company. He also serves on OPUS (Organization for Paranormal and Support Understanding) as a board member. Ruben is now the liasion between MUFON and its counterpart in Mexico, OMIFO.
