In the first half, author and intuitive John Hogue returned to update his prophecy alarm. He discussed the life of the renowned 16th-century prophet Nostradamus, and whether one of his quatrains may have predicted the coronavirus. A quatrain spreading on the internet: "There will be a twin year (2020) from which will arise a queen (corona) who will come from the east (China) and who will spread a plague (virus) in the darkness of night, on a country with seven hills (Italy)," is false according to Snopes, and was not in Nostradamus' writings, though Hogue noted that he did include phrases like "twin year," and "corona" for queen in other quatrains. An astrologer, and physician, Nostradamus lived in the time of plagues himself, and treated victims of Bubonic Plague, Hogue detailed.
Hogue suggested that Nostradamus' Quatrain 75, Century 3 may be a prediction of the current pandemic-- it mentions a plague striking Italy, France, and Spain, in the form of a shell or scab which could represent the shape of the coronavirus. From Hogue's vantage, the coronavirus has been more a plague of fear and panic than actual disease, and the media have amplified this fear. He believes that President Trump will come out in a stronger position because of it. The economy is likely to further tank, Hogue predicted, with a great depression hitting by 2022.
In the latter half, C2C's investigative reporter Cheryll Jones interviewed Executive Director of MUFON, Jan Harzan. They discussed how the secret Pentagon UFO program forever changed mainstream media reporting of the phenomenon in late 2017, and its effect on the current status of the UFO disclosure movement. Since that time, the press has become more engaged on the topic, he noted, though 50% of the populace still doubts we are being visited. Harzan speculated that rather than just extraterrestrials, the visitors could be species indigenous to Earth, living underground or undersea, or they could be time travelers or supernatural beings. "But the truth is," he added, "they could be all of these things simultaneously because none of them are mutually exclusive."
An interesting new trend is the number of "Tic Tac"-shaped UFOs that people have been reporting to MUFON in recent months (the Tic Tac shape was first revealed in military reports associated with the Pentagon program). A commercial jet pilot reported a Tic Tac UFO following his plane from below and took footage of it on his iPhone, Harzan said, and following that, two witnesses in Missouri also saw similar-looking craft. One of MUFON's missions is to educate the public on UFOs, and they make their credible case reports available for such TV shows as "Project Blue Book." This year's MUFON Symposium, scheduled for July in Las Vegas, is titled "UAPs: Military and Government Witnesses Speak OUT!" During the last hour, Cheryll and George chatted and took calls on UFOs and related topics.
