Stan Deyo has held an Above Top Secret security clearance and worked undercover for the FBI. He also has said he was part of an exclusive "black project," headed by nuclear scientist Dr. Edward Teller specializing in the development of "flying saucer technology." In his first-ever appearance on C2C, Deyo outlined his experience and theories about the U.S. government and UFOs. He recalled that after leaving the service, Teller contacted and recruited him onto a project to design unconventional aircraft utilizing electricity and anti-gravity technology.

In the second hour, Deyo answered questions from callers. After the midshow break, air conditioner company owner "Pat" called in to address the issue of ozone depletion for an entire segment. He described his view that chemicals used in cooling systems (and propellants in some aerosol sprays) were contributing to the hole in the ozone layer. In time, he said that this would let more ultraviolet light reach the surface of the planet, increasing skin cancers and other health problems.
