Kathleen Keating, an author and radio talk show host, claimed that her "government sources" and various visionaries were once again aligning, much as they allegedly had two days before September 11, 2001. Because the following day was Halloween, and because she believed the date 10/31/2001 numerologically added up to the significant number 7, she predicted another major disaster within 24 hours. Keating also asserted that she had foreseen the September 11 attacks through analysis of "Bible codes," citing references to both the Taliban and the Pentagon.

She warned of "one scary week" ahead, claiming that several suitcase-sized nuclear bombs were already inside the country awaiting detonation. According to Keating, the government’s response to such threats would involve sweeping surveillance and citizen monitoring, creating conditions she compared to Nazi Germany. She described the period as a "heightened demonic time" and suggested the immediate future would be especially dire.

Keating further predicted that supposedly false documents would be uncovered at the Temple Mount in Israel, revelations she believed would fundamentally alter Christianity and pave the way for a one-world government and religion. Much of her information, she said, came from a software program called Bible Codes Plus 2000, which she claimed revealed humanity was nearing annihilation and that many souls were spiritually unprepared. She even used the program to make a personal claim about Art’s life, referencing a back injury that Art confirmed. The program’s first hour featured news and Open Lines.
