In this "Think Out of the Box" show, Art asked for any ideas from callers to solve world problems and win the war on terrorism. The show was a little over a month after 9-11. One caller thought the solution was "nuking them all" – he proposed bombing the Middle East or any country expected to have terrorist ties. Conversely, another caller proposed that the US should just ask, "What don’t you like about us?" and try to figure it all out peacefully.

One amazing suggestion was to use remote viewing to find Bin Laden. Another idea was for Art to open up a "superpowers" line to find a "hero" to help. One man suggested dropping explosive-filled animals into the caves where the Taliban were hiding. Art quipped we could call it "Operation Ruff, Ruff, Ruff, Boom." Many more strange and wild ideas were on the table in this unusual program.
