Biography:

C.J. Llewelyn, M.Ed., is a licensed professional counselor in her own private practice. She works with clients struggling with trauma and addiction. C.J. is a trained Internal Family Systems therapist and certified in EMDR. She uses polyvagal theory as a foundation for her work. She is a Reiki Master and curious observer of the human condition.
