Jimmy was born in a small village in the Northern part of Quebec, Canada, in an area where large-scale communication with others was very limited. From a very young age, Jimmy developed a passion for radio communication, which allowed him to contact with ease people from around the world. At the age of 12, Jimmy passed the test and obtained the license to become officially a radio amateur. In 2016 Jimmy developed a unique antenna for Moonbounce Communication which allowed him to communicate across the planet with other like-minded people using the Moon as a passive reflector, as another platform for communication. Jimmy published his work and his engineered creation in specialized magazines sharing with others his invention called TARP.
In 2017 Jimmy’s desire of communicating with others expanded to interplanetary communication. He repurposed his radio station and TARP antenna for communication with non-human intelligence. Since 2018 Jimmy worked tirelessly to develop a First Contact Protocol (FCP), which gives the possibility to mankind to establish contact with nonhuman intelligence, and hopefully help humanity to integrate with the Galactic Federation of Worlds. He strongly believes that humanity will be reunited with its galactic family in the near future.
