Rob Mercer

Rob Mercer is a field investigator and a state section director in Ohio for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). He also runs the Miami Valley UFO Society. During a UFO search on Craigslist, he came across a man selling a box of ‘’Project Blue Book’’ files he had bought at an auction. Mercer tracked down the original owner, a former officer assigned to the program.
