JD Messinger is the former CEO of Ernst & Young Consulting (Singapore), one of 37 distinguished graduates from Annapolis (1981), a former fireman, nuclear submarine officer, and former radio and television show creator, producer and host. In the world of business, he helped supervise the Valdez Oil spill cleanup and is an advisor to Fortune 100 clients and governments on five continents.
