After graduating as the top medical student and then most awarded resident from McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, he directed the Outpatient Anxiety Disorders Program at McLean Hospital, where he also did 17 years of brain imaging research. He is globally recognized for translating complex findings from psychology and brain science research into practical suggestions to help people improve productivity, creativity and self-connection.
