Alternative Health / Working with Karma

About the show

In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach addressed alternative health approaches and the benefits of remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from many diseases and ailments. Anything you can do to reduce stress improves the functioning of the immune system, he noted, and this includes meditation and avoiding foods that block nutritive absorption in the digestive system such as gluten. In response to a question about the heart condition known as atrial fibrillation, he suggested it is caused by a nerve issue in the spinal cord which can by alleviated by supplements such as Vitamin D3 and MSM.

Like humans, pets can get cataracts which are brought on by free radical damage and inflammation to the delicate protein in the lens of the eye, he stated. Pet owners, he continued, should avoid feeding their animals table scraps (particularly dishes made with heated up oils) and dried food. Speaking about dialysis, Wallach remarked that often it's not the kidney that's the problem but rather arteries that are blocked.

Intuitive medium, author, and educator Geoffrey Jowett helps others on their journey of enlightenment by recognizing that each of us is an eternal and infinite part of God and that our sole purpose in life is to perpetuate divine love. In the latter half, he discussed how to track patterns in life, relationships, and career to identify one's karma and how to overcome it or embrace it to the fullest. Karma, he explained, is a kind of universal law that all must abide by. It refers to a type of cause and effect or feedback mechanism related to the actions and decisions we make in our lives, and the way they ripple out into the energy field.

He outlined additional laws associated with karma, which include the Law of Vibration (everything resonates with a certain vibratory frequency), the Law of Divine Oneness (everything is connected to everything else), and the Law of Attraction (like attracts like). The soul, he said, is like a mothership for all our reincarnations, and after hundreds of lifetimes, it gains greater insight into its essence and connection to source or God. Jowett revealed that he is able to access the Akashic records (the accumulated information of all the lives of a person's soul), and people can train themselves to do this as well. The subconscious mind, he added, can also be useful for people to explore and excavate.
