In the first half, pharmacist, nutritionist, and cosmetic chemist Ben Fuchs shared alternative health concepts, and offered tips on supplements and healthy changes to one's diet and lifestyle. He talked about the importance of boosting the immune system and noted how during Pres. Trump's recent COVID therapy, he was reportedly given zinc, Vitamin C, and melatonin. When a person has elevated cholesterol levels, Fuchs suggested this was almost identical to the condition of having high blood sugar. Reducing sugar intake and taking the sugar-metabolizing supplements of chromium and niacin are helpful to both of these imbalances, he said. The digestive system, he added, is innately connected to one's health and immunity.
Cured meats and some prescription drugs are high in nitrates that can damage the body, he cited, and deplete nutrients. However, Vitamin C can counteract or deactivate the effects of nitrates, he stated. Fuchs spoke about how caloric restriction is associated with longevity and that as people grow older, it's beneficial for them to eat less. Supplements that can enhance the brain and memory include EFAs (essential fatty acids) and the mineral magnesium (also good for heart health).
Jeffrey Seelman is an emotional clearing expert, practicing exorcist, and professional psychic. In the latter half, he discussed his work with harmful and demonic spirits, how they manifest destructive forces and take residence in individuals and dwellings, and what it takes to purge them. Negative spirits can take two forms-- former humans who have passed on, and demonic types that were likely never human, he outlined. Demonic spirits can be very powerful, he continued, "and they use weapons made of emotional energy" to wreak havoc with our emotional states and push people over the edge, such as with anger and rage. These demons are generally invisible, he added, leaving individuals unaware of what may be at the root of their foul moods and behaviors.
To protect himself from negative entities, Seelman brings in positive non-physical energy to course through his body's energy fields and clear out all harmful residue. One case he recalled involved a family that felt they were being attacked by a malevolent spirit, including the children. A shadow-like entity had been seen moving across the bedroom. He conducted a clearing or exorcism on the home itself, and gave the parents separate clearings, as well as the children (though they received theirs while sleeping so they would not be upset by the process). In one incident at a haunted mansion, he gave a presentation to a group of ghosthunters, and then slept in one of the bedrooms there. He awoke at 4AM to see a misshapen spirit floating above his body and singing a monstrous lullaby. "As soon as I looked at it, it shot back through the wall," Seelman recounted, adding that he did not clear out the space, as the owners wanted to maintain the haunted presence.
