Natural Healing/ Animal Communication

About the show

In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach addressed alternative health approaches and the benefits of remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from many diseases and ailments. Regarding diabetes, he suggested a combination of supplements, including his "Sweet Eze" formulation which contains the minerals chromium and vanadium, along with supportive herbs to nutritionally assist in the regulation of blood sugar levels. Many skin ailments like psoriasis are related to gluten consumption, he stated, which damages the ability of the body to absorb nutrients.

If the nutrient lithium was put into the water supply at the treatment level, we could eliminate the problem of mass murders in America, as he believes a lot of mental illness is due to a deficiency of this mineral. Regarding Alzheimer's, Wallach contends this condition is due to a lack of cholesterol, and he recommended eating three-to-four eggs a day. For cancer prevention, he advised taking supplements that support the immune system-- the mineral selenium, for instance, has been found in studies to reduce the risk of specific cancers by significant percentages.

A former nurse, Nikki Cuthbertson has studied and taught energy medicine, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. In the latter half, she discussed her work communicating with animals and instructing others how to understand their pets on a deeper level. Not only is she able to empathically connect with living animals, but Cuthbertson said she can also make contact with deceased creatures. Through her intuition, she often perceives inter-relational lines of energy, a kind of image-based clairvoyance. Sometimes hearing, feeling, smelling, and knowing come into play depending on the case, she added.

In one of her Other Side communications, a client inquired about her recently departed dog. Strangely, Cuthbertson saw a cockatiel bird that was guiding the dog spirit, and the dog owner started sobbing, revealing that she had such a bird that died six months earlier. Cuthbertson has conversed with a variety of wildlife including dolphins, and as one becomes more proficient at intuitive information, they can learn to adapt to the animals' particular vibrations. She spoke of her strong bound with a pet tortoise, whom she communicated with after its passing. She also described sending a message to a mouse that was raiding her cupboards, and visually sent it a map of how to get out of the house, and it troubled them no more. Similarly, she was able to inform some doves living on the roof line of a client's home that they were in danger of being shot at if they didn't leave, and they took off that evening.
