John R. Lott

Biography:

John R. Lott, Jr. is the president of the newly formed Crime Prevention Research Center and is an economist who has held research and teaching positions at places such as the University of Chicago, Yale University, Stanford and UCLA. John was the chief economist at the United States Sentencing Commission during 1988 and 1989, and is the author of "More Guns, Less Crime."
